The Poster Zone is a key feature of Clinical Pharmacy Congress North and a much-anticipated opportunity for pharmacy professionals to share innovation, research, and best practices with peers from across the UK and beyond. From real-world case studies to impactful research projects, this is your chance to contribute to the future of pharmacy.

What to Expect Posters will be displayed across both days of the Congress, with presentations scheduled in four-time slots:

Friday morning
Friday afternoon
Saturday morning
Saturday afternoon

Abstract submissions are open to all. If your work has been presented at another event within the past 24 months, you are still welcome to submit it for further exposure. Just let us know where and when it was previously presented on your entry form. All accepted presenters must attend the event in person. An expert judging panel will review each abstract. Those scoring highest will be invited to present their posters live at the Congress.

Start your abstract submission.

Your abstract should demonstrate positive and/or an innovative piece of work relating to clinical pharmacy practice and/or patient care. We welcome abstracts relating to service evaluation, clinical audit, quality improvement and pharmacy practice research. Abstract assessment will be based on the quality of abstract, relevance of the project described, the reproducibility and awareness of current NHS policy and practice.

For guidance on how to prepare your abstract, you can visit one of our education partners the UKCPA website as they have prepared some excellent resources to assist you. Please note not conforming to the abstract structure will result in rejection.

The Poster Zone Awards

This year, we’re introducing an exciting new way to celebrate your work. All accepted posters will be entered into the Poster Zone Awards. Attendees will be able to vote for their favourite posters during the event via a unique QR code and an online portal. Voting will remain open throughout the Congress, and every attendee will be allowed one vote.

The top three posters with the highest number of votes will be announced and celebrated during the Poster Zone Awards Ceremony. Whether you're submitting a poster or casting your vote, the Poster Zone is your chance to be part of something impactful, inspiring, and uniquely rewarding.
